 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Timothy Hicks: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Brandon Keith Warren Hart: Robbery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 2 Felony), Conspiracy Robbery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 2 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Jeffrey Kevin Druin: Attempt Obstruction of Justice (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Lacey C. Alexander: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony)

Joshua Scott Horstketter: Maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substances (Level 6 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Class A misdemeanor)

Brett Lee Salmon: Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony)

Kaylee D. Richardson: Assisting a criminal (Level 6 Felony)
