 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

April Michelle Elpers: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Thomas Earl Evans: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Jennifer M. Gorecki: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Kathryn M. Howell: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Failure to appear (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Jeremy Michael Cassel: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Jason Daniel Miller: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

David Levon Jordan Jr.: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Jordan Tyler Ringholz: Attempt Fraud on a financial institution (Level 5 Felony), Forgery (Level 6 Felony), Fraud (Level 6 Felony), Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Eddie DeWayne Rodriguez: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic  battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Early Raymond Warner Jr.: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony)

Louis Ferrell Wilson III: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)
