VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Alexandra Hope Webb: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Kadarious Terell Funches: Burglary (Level 3 Felony)

Herbert Frank Breneman: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Joseph Charles Butler: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony)

David L. Landreth: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Michael John Tempco: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Failure to appear (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substance (Level 6 Felony)

Leslie A. Walker: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Terry S. Lindsey: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)
