VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Adrian Carl Klausmeier: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Kristopher Michael Kincheloe: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Obstruction of Justice (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Terrell William Flener Jr.: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony)

Jonathan A. Craig: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Kaylie Erin Savoyard: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Class C misdemeanor)

Lisa Michelle File: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Jamie Dominique Lee: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony)

Brandon Michael Utley: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Joseph William Galloway: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 5 Felony), Attempt Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Adam Hurst Lee: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Cordero Deandrea Sanders: Possession of cocaine (Level 6 Felony)

Terry Arnez Merriweather: Attempt Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Class A misdemeanor), Intimidation (Class A misdemeanor)
