VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Anthony Roman Wilson: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Timothy D. Rowlett: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substances (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Malcolm R. Depriest: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Mikayla Sacheen Ross: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Wanda J. Minton: Domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony)

Michael Wayne Ferguson Jr.: Prisoner possessing a deadly weapon (Level 4 Felony)

Andrea Lamonte Ellington Jr.: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Jacob Robert Lowe: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)
