VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Richard J. Bargiel: Failure to register as a sex or violent offender (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Carlos Lakeed Cabell: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Brittany Harper: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Randall Lee Neely: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

David O. Holmes III: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Jeremy R. Martin: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Jeremy R. Martin: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Terry L. Beckham: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony)

Barbara Lee Wright: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)
