VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Mindy Lynn Mellinger: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 5 Felony)

Jason Edward Stuard: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent (Level 4 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor)

Jeremy Scott Burgdorf: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Ryan Quincy Mahone: Criminal confinement (Level 5 Felony), Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)
