VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Bryton Dejuan Tucker: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman (Level 5 Felony)

Gaige Immanual Porter: Attempt Domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Attempt Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Attempt Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Dalton S. Zachery Mathias Doane: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Brian R. Hogue: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Vincent M. Doane: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Jamie Lynn Gay: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Joseph S. Hall: Burglary (Level 5 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Nicholas Patrick Heard: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Jerome T. Streeter: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Michael James Scott: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Dominic James Martinez: Failure to register a sex or violent offender (Level 6 Felony)

Stephanie J. Lively :Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony)

Jonathan Paul Rodriguez: Aggravated battery (Level 3 Felony)
