VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Carrie Evelyn Hatt-Figueroa: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony)

Dustin James Robert Dunn: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of Privacy (Class A misdemeanor)

Keymo E. Johnson: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)

Rosie M. Holmes: Battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman (Level 5 Felony)
