 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Timothy Michael Swope: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony)

Justin Andrew Mills: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Briauna Faye Burcham: Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Britney Lynn Roten-Kirk: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Darlena Kaye Wedding: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony)

Marcus O. Saulsberry: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony)
