 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Lacey Jo Perillo: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Shelby Aramytha Williams: Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person with a passenger less than 18 years of age (Level 6 Felony), Driving the wrong way on posted one-way roadway (Level C Infraction)

Adam Gregory Ferguson: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substances (Level 6 Felony)

Natali Elaine Rice: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Devine Jaquene Morris: Attempt Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony)

Andrew Lloyd Doalson: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Jermon Weathers: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)
