 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Bryan Douglas Schini: Domestic battery by bodily waste (Level 5 Felony)

Dana Dee Smith: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 5 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Dennis Andrew Russell: Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Michael Wayne Chinn Jr.: Domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)

Derrick Lynn Skinner: Failure to register as a sex or violent offender (Level 6 Felony)

Nathan James Ray: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor), Harassment (Class B misdemeanor), Child restraint system violation (Class D infraction)

Zachary Ty Wilhite: Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)
