VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Andrew Charles Schall: Dealing in a schedule II controlled substance (Level 4 Felony), Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 5 Felony), Dealing in a schedule IV controlled substance (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substances (Level 6 Felony)

Stephanie Kristina Tosti: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony)

Markus Patrick E. Schultz-White: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Kinze Kentrell Morris: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substances (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Cassidy Michael Fenwick: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Shaquita D. Morris: Maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substances (Level 6 Felony)

Michael Robert Kennedy: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Class C misdemeanor), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor)

Lindsay L. Martin: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Adam Roger Poland: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)
