 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Dustin Hurst: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor)

Chance Allen Miller: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Allan Ray Thompson Jr.: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Lina M. Bell: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Charles Scott McHargue: Burglary (Level 4 Felony), Burglary (Level 4 Felony), Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)
