VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Aysha Jade Levels: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Larry Wayne Jarvis Jr.: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor), Disregarding a stop sign (Class C Infraction)

Ricky Daniel Wedding: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more (Class C misdemeanor), Disregarding a stop sign (Class C infraction)

Jacob James Reisinger: Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Jordan Gabriel Smith: Attempt Manufacturing methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Aaron Wayne Dillon: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Derrick Lynn Skinner Jr.: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony)

William Joseph Wathen: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony)
