VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Roger William Lynch Jr.: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony)

Gabrielle Alexandria Bond: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Lisa Ann Roach: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Kamal Rayon Sims: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Jason Cantrell Rose: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Disregarding a stop sign (Class C infraction)

Justin Michael Hall: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Austin Martin Caine Cook: Rape (Level 3 Felony)
