VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Shawn M. Anoskey: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Battery resulting in bodily injury (Class A misdemeanor), Interference with the reporting of a crime (Class A misdemeanor)

Michael Anthony Turpin: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Corey Lamar Luster: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony)

Jason M. Lowe: Dealing in a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Ashley Mychelle Gant: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Harley James Wade: Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony), Interference with the reporting of a crime (Class A misdemeanor)
