 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Jeffrey Wayne Reich: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Interference with the reporting of a crime (Class A misdemeanor)

Cindy Rae Wargel: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Darion Christian Payne: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony)

Benjamin Heath Parish: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

William Earl Boles III: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony)

Raymond Kevin Broils: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony)

Misty D. Morris: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)
