 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Michelle Lynn Thompson: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Nicholas Anthony Marshall: Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 2 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony)

Cody A Whitehouse: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Steven Daniel Gooch: Invasion of privacy (Level 6 Felony)

Elise Daniell Vaughn: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor), Failure to signal for turn or lane change (Class C infraction), Disregarding an official traffic control device (Class C infraction)

Jon Michael Potter: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony)

Jocelyn Stanton: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Nicholas Dewayne Kemper: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Auto theft (Level 6 Felony)

Cathy Lynn Kasinger: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Jase Aaron Dulik: Burglary (Level 5 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Wayne Givens Below: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Dylan Michael Schnitzler: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Cameron Matthew Sulawske: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony)

Dustin R. Vacha: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Justin Deshawn McMorris: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class A misdemeanor), Dealing in marijuana (Class A misdemeanor)

Daniel R. Morris: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)
