 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Tristan A. Capps: Robbery (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Laura Faye Craig: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Gerald Eugene Miller Jr.: Domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony)

Kaitlyn Joan Stevens: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Tarnche Lin Hull: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Jalin Thomas Taylor: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Operating vehicle with suspended or revoked registration (Class C misdemeanor)
