VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Joe Edward Deweese Jr.: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor)

Seabrook Lemmar Vincent: Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 3 Felony), Dealing in cocaine (Level 3 Felony), Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 4 Felony), Dealing in cocaine (Level 4 Felony), Possession of cocaine (Level 5 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Level 6 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Ryan Keith Hensley: Attempt Armed robbery (Level 3 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Dane Clark Hickman: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Jessica N. Tucker: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Sara Lynn Cummings: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)
