VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Colton Alan Bealmear: Failure to register as a sex or violent offender (Level 6 Felony), Failure of a sex offender to possess identification (Class A misdemeanor)

Dalton Avy Keller: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Battery by bodily waste (Class B misdemeanor), Battery (Class B misdemeanor)

Johnny Tyrell Kennebrew: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle with an ACE or 0.15 or more (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Jessica Faye Ritzert: Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 3 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)

Kaylie Erin Savoyard: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)
