 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Jonathan Lee Shealey: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Christopher Matthew Noon: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Battery by bodily waste (Class B misdemeanor), Battery (Class B misdemeanor)

Mitzi Nicole Aeberle: Escape (Level 5 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Joseph Leslie Kuhen: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Jeremy Scott Houston: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Amanda Renee Fairchild: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor)

Robert Justin Dillard: Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 2 Felony), Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Mark Edward Long: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)
