VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Ricky Lee Page: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Failure to appear (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Jennifer Nicole Kemp: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Megan Leigh Husk: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Jeffery Scott Poland: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Dwayne Lavell Dixon: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor)

Patrick Jermaine Pride: Battery by bodily waste (Level 6 Felony)

Jason Dwayne Fulks: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony)

Bryan Demond Lewis: Armed robbery (Level 3 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony)

Mary Kathleen Hegeman: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony)

Rowland P. Eldridge Jr.: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony), Stalking (Level 5 Felony), Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Larry A. Jenkins: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony)

Blake D. Briscoe: Theft (Level 6 Felony)
