VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Angel Rose Matherly: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Ronald James Luedke: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Timothy Wayne Hawes Jr.: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor), Operating with expired plates (C Infraction), Operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor)

Christopher Lee Kuhen: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Unlawful possession or use of legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Driving while suspended (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor), Disregarding stop sign (C Infraction)

Joshua A. Boarman: Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)
