VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Richard Louis Baird: Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more (Level 6 Felony), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor)

Kenetrea Sashay Winston: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)

Scott Alan Payne: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Bradley Martin Gates: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Ryan Michael Harvey: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

David Wayne Cater: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Leah Nicole Viars: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Kristie Ann Jarvis: Domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery on a person less than 14 years old (Level 6 Felony)

Kyreisha Mashae Woodard: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Melissa D. Lokey: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor)

Josiah Shimar Coleman: Aggravated battery (Level 3 Felony), Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony), Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony)

Amanda Sue Goodman: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Alice M. Besmears: Burglary (Level 4 Felony), Attempt Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Justin Rohrer: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Ronald W. Chapman: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony)

Nicoya Andre Poole: Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony)

John Michael Beahringer: Attempt Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)
