 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Adrian Guerrero: Possession of altered handgun (Level 5 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Tammy Baro: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Michael Wayne Mcallister: Criminal trespass (Level 6 Felony)

Alisha Marie Strader: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Paul Deandrea Wilder: Criminal mischief (Level 6 Felony)

Lindsey M. Clark: Attempt Robbery (Level 5 Felony)

Megan June McKain: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Class C misdemeanor), Driving while suspended (A infraction), Speeding (C infraction), Disregarding stop sign (C Infraction)

Ryan Lee Webster: Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor)
