VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Jammie Lynn Kempf: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Driving while suspended (Class A misdemeanor), Speeding – exceeding speed limit set by local authority (Class C infraction)

Darrell Gerome Williams: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor)

Melissa Sue Morris: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Lamar Derrell Arnold: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Charles Lee Connolly III: Attempt robbery (Level 5 Felony), Battery resulting in bodily injury (Class A misdemeanor), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Shawn Thomas Eaden: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Steven Wayne Sharp: Conspiracy Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)

Lara Lyn Walker: Conspiracy Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)

Michael Dale Burress: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Zachary Alexander Burris: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony)
