VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Ryan Lee Webster: Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor)

Nikolaus J. Gerner: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony)

Scott A. Meinert: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor), Driving while suspended (A infraction)

Austin Mark Johnson: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)

Whitney Nichole Childress: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Gary Lee Lupfer: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Terrence Dwayne Hayden: Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Sean Michael Crawford: Burglary (Level 5 Felony), Attempt Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Justin Lee Hopkins: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony)

Robert Alan Mason: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Mark Allen Darnell: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Kurt L. Smallings: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Justin Caleb Lisanby: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Driving while suspended (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Wesley Don Heironimus: Domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman (Level 5 Felony), Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony)

Daniel Jacob Bellm: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Makenzy Charles: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Maxie W. Thompson: Attempt Theft (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

King Colin Wall: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor), Disregarding automatic signal (C infraction)
