VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Emily Ann Howard: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Julia Urana Scott: Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony)

Daniel Loren West: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony)

Jordan J. Wilson: Robbery resulting in bodily injury (Level 3 Felony), Battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Dashearia D. Brodie: Robbery resulting in bodily injury (Level 3 Felony), Battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class A misdemeanor)

Ronald Lynn Scott Jr.: Rape (Level 3 Felony), Rape (Level 3 Felony)
