 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Christopher S. Masterson: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Richelle Lynn Keefover: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony)

Tyson A. Wethington: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Izic Alvin Wright: Failure to register as a sex or violent offender (Level 5 Felony)

David Wayne Williams II: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class A misdemeanor)

Ronnie D. Simmons: Domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony)

Alex Leon Freeman: Possession of cocaine (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more (Class A misdemeanor)
