 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

William Lee Ziegler: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Joseph Leslie Kuhen: Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony)

Austin Michael Kusturin: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 5 Felony)

James Edward Reed: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Miranda Renee Richards: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Carnelius D. Lane: Robbery resulting in bodily injury (Level 3 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Burglary (Level 4 Felony), Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony)

Lisa Gail Hoff: Criminal trespass (Level 6 Felony)

Richard Smith: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)

Jai Sun Lee: Battery by bodily waste (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Phillip Wayne Garrett: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor), Driving while suspended (A Infraction)

Timothy Dennis Young: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Matthew Paul Engelhardt: Conspiracy Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony)
