VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Steven Reynolds: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony)

Megan Michelle Young: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Jamie Orian Massie: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Steven Ryan Miley: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Deangelo Dewayne Armstead: Failure of a violent sex offender to possess identification (Level 6 Felony), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Bryce Lee Jones: Attempt Armed robbery (Level 3 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Attempt Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Gary Allen Summers: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

John Robert Richter: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Christopher Drew Ellington: Dealing in a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Level 6 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Dealing in marijuana (Class A misdemeanor)

Marylee Dixie Shumate: Contributing to the delinquency of a minor (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)
