VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Christopher Jordon Dingus: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Kevin E. Austin: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Lydell Laver Jones: Domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony)

Tasha Nicole Robinson: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor), Disregarding stop sign (Class C infraction), Disregarding automatic signal (Class C infraction)

Christina Kate Thompson: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Interference with the reporting of a crime (Class A misdemeanor)

Jessica Scott Willingham: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Brittany Lynn Williams: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), False informing (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Georgia Fay Willett: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)
