 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Jesse Martin Williams: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Battery resulting in bodily injury (Class A misdemeanor)

Jesse James Staudenmayer: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Octavia Ann James: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Dennis Phelps Jackson Jr.: Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility (Class A infraction)

Logan Charles Garrison: Fraud (Level 6 Felony), Forgery (Level 6 Felony)

Gly Shane Fulkerson: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Shataria Shamar Thomas: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)
