 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Tiffany Lynn Dill: Attempt Domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Driving while suspended (Class A infraction)

Joseph August Jackson: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Darryl Cletus Duncan: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Driving while suspended (Class A misdemeanor)

Samantha Jean Arnold: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Abigail Celeste Broster: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Paul Jeffrey Skelton: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony)

Derrick L. Lowe: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor), Speeding (Class C infraction)

Justin Steven Steele: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Level 6 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)
