 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Albert A. Appel Jr.: Burglary (Level 5 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Andrew Vann Knight: Criminal trespass (Level 6 Felony)

Sarah Emily Perkins: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Reckless driving (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Stephen Gerald Auguste: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Michael Paul Ford: Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)

Beau J. Hidbrader: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Conversion (Class A misdemeanor), Interference with the reporting of a crime (Class A misdemeanor)

Luke Smith III: Stalking (Level 6 Felony), Stalking (Level 6 Felony)
