VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Elizabeth Joanne Fox: Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Sandra Dawn Bacon: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Andrew Steven Houchin: Prisoner possessing a deadly weapon (Level 4 Felony)

John Anthony Munoz Jr.: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony)

Christopher Lee Kuhen: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony)

Larry Ali Richmond Sr.: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Possession of altered handgun (Level 5 Felony), Possession of altered handgun (Level 5 Felony), Possession of altered handgun (Level 5 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Christopher James Schauss: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more (Class C misdemeanor)
