 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Aaron Robert Cook: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)

Marcus Larone Green: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Neil Donald Summers: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor), Operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance or its metabolite in the body (Class C misdemeanor), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Class C misdemeanor)

Darcey Aubrey Daniels: Stalking (Level 5 Felony), Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor), Failure to appear (Class A misdemeanor)

Mark William Halterman: Child molesting (Level 1 Felony), Child molesting (Level 1 Felony), Child molesting (Level 1 Felony), Child molesting (Level 1 Felony), Child molesting (Level 1 Felony), Child molesting (Level 4 Felony), Performance before a minor that is harmful to minors (Level 6 Felony), Dissemination of matter harmful to minors (Level 6 Felony)
