VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Jadavione Dequan Danzey: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Conspiracy Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Anthony W. Allbritton: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Conspiracy Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Marcus Wayne Mcgrew: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Conspiracy Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Andre Gerard Lewis Sr.: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony)

Michael Anthony Hartley: Burglary (Level 5 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Taylor S. Goff: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Conspiracy Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Michael Frank King Jr.: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Anthony S. Harvey: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Christopher Brian Hite: Child molesting (Level 1 Felony), Child molesting (Level 4 Felony), Child molesting (Level 4 Felony)

Matthew Steven Condon: Failure to register as a sex or violent offender (Level 6 Felony)

LaShawn Williams: Battery resulting in bodily injury to a public safety official (Level 5 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)
