VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Luke Anthony Hayden: Burglary (Level 5 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)

John Scott Johnson: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Michael Lee Kneer: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)

Michael James Hornick III: Impersonation of a public servant (Level 6 Felony)

Elizabeth Dawn Brown: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Sterling R. Westbrook: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Nicholas Patrick Gonterman: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Timothy Allan Cantu: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Beatrice Jean Wheeler: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person with a passenger less than 18 years of age (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)

Anthony Francis Keil: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Dallas M. Gilchrist: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Max Dylan Roll: Domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony)

Bridgett N. Austin: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Megan Nichole Gilchrist: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)

Jacob Logan Cline: Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony), Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Jeffory Thomas Green: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony)
