 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Allan Thomas Poe: Invasion of privacy (Level 6 Felony)

Randall Wayne Feury: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Driving while suspended (A infraction)

Frederick William Davis Jr.: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Anthony Laquinn Wadlington: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Battery (Class B misdemeanor), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Kenya Sandage: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Berardo Enrique Davila: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person with a passenger less than 18 years of age (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)
