 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

James Keith Lewis: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

David William Johnson: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Class C misdemeanor)

Casper Jonny Nijo: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony)

Stephanie Louise Meredith: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Jason Edward Taylor: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Tobi Michelle Owens: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Charles Andrew Hardin: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Kimberly S. Vanderveer: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility (A infraction)

Ronny Shane James: Causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 5 Felony), Driving while suspended (A infraction), Driving left of center (C infraction)

Sedrick B. Bovan: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony)

Derrelle Ladone Thruston: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony)
