VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Jonathan James Campbell: Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

David Ross Doughty: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Nicholas J. Helfert: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Abraham Loganray: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Disarming a law enforcement officer (Level 5 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)
