 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Kazerrick Jarrods Banks: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony)

Steven Wayne Kuhen: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Randall Lee McDowell: Dealing in marijuana (Level 5 Felony)

Trent Michael Davidson: Burglary (Level 4 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Mario Montez Morris: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Justin Dewayne Altheide: Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer (Class A misdemeanor), Driving while suspended (Class A misdemeanor)

Arwon Jermaine Darrett: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Dean Alexander Smith Jr.: Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony), Battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony)

David Hole: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Gary Alan Parsons: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Driving while suspended (A infraction)

Wendy Owen Payne: Murder
