VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Lawrence Jordan Robert Pennington: Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 2 Felony), Conspiracy Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 2 Felony), Possession of cocaine (Level 4 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Davion Dentea Hays: Conspiracy Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 2 Felony)

Meredith Renee Goodson: Child solicitation (Level 5 Felony), Public indecency (Class A misdemeanor)

Noah Clark: Batter against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony)

Daytren Andreon Kirkland: Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony)

Cody T. Smith: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful use of body armor (Level 6 Felony)

Blake Don Morgan: Assisting a criminal (Level 6 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Quentin Cortez Vaughn II: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

David Michael Etheridge: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)
