 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Omar Earl Shoemaker: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class A misdemeanor)

Codey Michael Ritchison: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Peter Kyle Collins: Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Jacob Austin Beliles: Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more (Level 6 Felony), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor)

Jennie Upchurch: Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony)

Zachery Thomas Beckman: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)
