VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Aubrey Marie Adler: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

David Wayne Collier: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Failure to signal turn (C infraction)

Trevel Jamar Carpenter: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Joshua A. Boarman: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Javarris Vshawn Compton: Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor), Driving left of center (C infraction)

Rodger Aaron Crow: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of Marijuana (Class A misdemeanor), Driving while suspended (Class A misdemeanor)

Cierra Jeanne Cleary: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Derrick Blaine Scharwarth: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony)

Kaleb Renshaw: Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony)

Dannial Javon Fox: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony)

Justin Ryan Williams: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Dillon Michael Neese: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Dennis Earl Hungate: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony)

Mark T. Oakley: Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more (Level 6 Felony)

Stephen Michael Wilson: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony)
