VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Brittni Lee Smith: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Kristy Renae Vincent: Criminal confinement (Level 3 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 4 Felony), Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony)

Kentrell Dashay Bailey: Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Dayrone Thomas Bell: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)

Evan Robert Murray: Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more (Level 6 Felony)
