VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Ryan L. Spalding: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor)

Mark Allen Powers: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony)

Regene Earlin Gill: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony)

Jerry Tyrone Cook Jr.: Rape (Level 3 Felony), Rape (Level 3 Felony), Incest (Level 5 Felony)

Charlene Mae Read: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Billy Jack Pace: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Shaina Ann Curl: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Isaiah Matthew Egan: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony)

Angelica Castillo Cardona: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Heather Marie Grigsby: Domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony)

Terry Wayne Folz: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Travis Andrew Dame: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Denni Nicole Dickerson: Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony)

Amador Esquvell Alonzo III: Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor)

Byron Eugene Glenn: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Nicholas Anthony Luedde: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person (Class A misdemeanor)

Aron Anthony Eugene Rowans: Failure of a sex offender to possess identification (Level 6 Felony)
